How we produce 202 Drinking water

1. Water extraction

 202 Pure Natural drinking water is extracted by submersible pump and is delivered in sealed tubes in water treatment section. Water bottling section is situated on the territory of the third sanitary protection zone ans is 150 meters away of the well.

 Pumping water from the water treatment section to the automatic water bottling section is carried out in sealed tubes made out of inert plastics that doesn`t bring secondary contamination to the water.

2. Water preparation it the water treatment section

 Most of the artesian waters in Belarus have high content of iron (normal 0.3 mg/l). In the water treatment section we have modern equipment operating in automatic mode that removes excessive iron from water. After follows the process of water softening (removal of excessive water hardness) and the process of membrane purification that removes contaminants.

 At the final stage water comes to an automatic bottling line.

 In the bottling process of 202 Active Drinking water and 202 Bambini Drinking water are accordingly added mineral supplement of iodine-fluoride-selenium and iodine-fluoride.

 Water treatment and water bottling processes are controlled by our own certified production microbiology and chemical laboratories.

3. Bottle preparation

 We use reusable polycarbonate 19L bottles for 202 Drinking water bottling.

 The quality of bottle cleaning and preparation before water bottling affect 70% of microbiological purity of the product in the process of bottle cleaning and preparation.

 An empty bottle is carefully inspected in the light screen for damages and impurities (usually a result of careless use of consumers). After that the bottles are proceeded to the conveyor which reads the bar-code of turnovers (we have bottle turnover computer record) and the bottles come to automatic external washing.

 Next stage is internal washing with brushes and hot detergent. We use special alkaline washing detergent made for polycarbonate bottles.

 And after that bottles proceed to the stage of disinfection and rinsing. For the disinfectant agent we use peroxide-based peracetic acid. This is a modern effective high-perfomance product.

4. Drinking water bottling

 Water filling is carried out on automatic machine. Before the bottling process we do finishing ozonation of water that helps for further disinfection of the bottled water and the disposable cover.

 The water bottling process is carried out without the involvement of people.

 For protection against product falsification we put color (blue, red and yellow) thermocontractable caps over the bottle lids. Each color represents certain type of water: Blue for 202 Original Drinking water, Red for 202 Active Drinking water and Yellow for 202 Bambini Drinking water.

 On the side of the bottle cover we apply the water type and the bottling date with indelible ink.
