Q: How can I order 202 Drinking water?

A: You can order 202 Drinking water by phone: 284 88 88, or filling the order form for private person or for juridical person.

Q: There is a lot of talk about you water and we would like to know the water treatment methods and also the material from which the bottles are made?

A: Our production is located in Molodechno, the water well is situated 150 m away from the bottling section and we also have our own certified microbiological and chemical laboratories. Water treatment section of the bottling department is equipped with deironing, demineralization and reverse-osmosis plants. Our bottles are not made of plastic but of polycarbonate which is substitute for glass, it doesn`t interact with water and completely safe.

Q: I would like to clarify. When I do my first odrer it is 2 bottles and deposit. Is it the bottles cost?

A:  You do pay guarantee deposit for each bottle at your first order.

Q:  I would like to order 2 bottles of 202 Original water. But I already have 2 bottles. Do I need to pay the deposit for bottles?

A:  If customer already owns empty bottles (polycarbonate, in good condition, with no defects and scratches, inner side is clean) we do not take the deposit.

Q: Could you please indicate the amount of fluoride and iodine in 202 Bambini Drinking water?

A: The chemical composition of each 202 water type is indicated on the bottle label. The amount of fluoride and iodine in 202 Bambini Drinking water is: F^- -0,6-0,9 mg/l and J^- -0,04-0,06 mg/l.

Q: Are your Water coolers certified?

A: Yes.

Q:  Could you, please, tell in detailes about the water with selenium. What compound of selenium is used and what is its content (in %) for 19L bottle? And what happens to selenium when water is heated?

A: 202 Active Drinking water has total mineralization of 300 mg/l and selenium (Se) - 0,01 mg/l. Selenium is immune modulator, it removes heavy metals from the body. It doesn`t split when heated.

Q: How often Water cooler disinfection should be made?

A: Usually we recommend to disinfect your water cooler at least once a year. At high intensity of water drinking it should be done every six month.

For general sanitary treatment of the water dispencer the same chemicals are used as for disinfection. At home hydrogen peroxide or vinegar are commonly used. Soda is not good for that purpose, it only removes odors and deodorizes.
